How does this T-shirt fit?
Our tees have a comfortable modern unisex fit. For the best fit, please check the Size Guide before ordering.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Each shirt is made to order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, followed by approximately 2–5 business days for US delivery.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
What if my shirt arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at 9lives.support@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos, and we’ll help arrange an eligible replacement or refund.
What materials are your shirts made from?
Most of our tees use the Gildan Softstyle® 64000 for a soft, lightweight feel.
Fabric composition can vary by color, so check the product details for exact information.
Where are you located?
9 Lives Co. is based in South Africa, while our shirts are printed and fulfilled in the United States for our US customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet.
We currently ship within the United States only, with plans to consider
more countries as 9 Lives Co. grows.
