Where are you located?
9 Lives Co. is based in South Africa, while our products are printed and fulfilled in the United States through our trusted print-on-demand partner. This allows us to serve our US customers without shipping every order from South Africa.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.
We’re keeping our launch focused on the US so we can provide a simpler and more reliable customer experience. We may expand to other countries in the future.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow a little time for the tracking details to update after your order leaves the fulfillment facility.
What materials are your products made of?
Most of our tees are printed on the Gildan Softstyle® 64000, chosen for its soft feel, comfortable everyday fit, and lightweight construction, fabric composition can vary depending on the shirt color.
